Acclaimed Executive Chef Pedro Almeida, whose previous restaurants earned Michelin Stars under his leadership, leads the culinary artistry of Bellpine. It was meh. Underwhelming giving the reputation of the Ritz. The portion of the side of fires was almost comical as it only had about 13 fries in a tiny cup.

Everything was superb from the host’s rostrum all the way to the finish line. The service was very good, a lovely view of the city from the 20th floor, and the entrees were exquisite from Chef Pedro Almeida. Thank you!

Bellpine has become my "special occasion" go-to restaurant in Portland. The food is a visual and gastronomical treat that is paired with the best service I've received in Portland in the last decade. And, all of this is not one-off. I've been here several times and the high quality service ethic starts with the doorman at the entrance of the Ritz and carries through an entirely amazing dining experience. It's also a great spot for a drink. One of the three best views of the city after dark.

Valet was not present at front door; it’s actually located on the side of the building which is not visible when pulling up. I was celebrating my best friends birthday which i explicitly explained on resevation and they were not aware or acknowledged until I brought it to their attention once inside. Very disappointing.

We went for breakfast before going to the spa. The food was excellent. Very generous lox with the bagel. The view was amazing. Salmon cake was crisp and the salad served with it was delicious. David our server was very friendly and went out of his way to make it special.
