I went for a business lunch, and although I wouldn't say it was a bad experience, I would be hard-pressed to say it was an excellent one - the portion sizes were a little hit and miss (very large side orders, but the starters felt a little small), and the service was not top-notch. Being an Italian restaurant, I would have expected the waitress to know what a Negroni was, but that aside, things like the water not being left on the table and them forgetting to bring sides with the main course and needing to be reminded let the service down. It was not overly busy on the day we went, so there is room for improvement. There was nothing wrong with the food when it did arrive. Still, we didn't order anything out of the ordinary and having been to a few Italian restaurants recently, Bella Cosa, unfortunately, didn't figure high up on the places visited, which is a shame. Maybe it was an off day but overall as I say, although not a bad experience I couldn't say it was a great one.

Most of the menu is halal. Non halal options are clearly listed. Staff were lovely. Food was great.

When we went to the restaurant, they were closed for other event and we have to find other restaurants but it was not easy at all. I still could not understand how they confirmed the booking from the first place.

I chose this restaurant based on the reviews, the ambience is fascinating, the service rendered was top notch, I will give a hundred stars if I can, the staff were so friendly and helpful. This is a perfect place to be for a romantic dinner for couples or dinner with families and friends. The staff also pay attention to details! The view is lovely and it is a good spot to plan surprise because the staff and lovely and friendly. The only thing is a bit of improvement in the taste of the food but in general I will rate every other things excellent! I will recommend

Lovely Italian restaurant at the quieter end of Canary Wharf on the Dock. The staff were excellent and food beautifully cooked and served. Highly recommended.

The food here was absolutely beautiful! So full of flavour. The dessert, the chocolate fondant is so decadent and rich it’s an absolute delight to eat.

Fantastic restaurant and real hidden gem - I ate the wild seabass which was delicious and such good value for money. We went pre-concert at the O2 so the restaurant was a bit quiet but the service was great and the views across the quayside were a treat - highly recommend!!

A phenomenal dining experience, I’ve been 4 times now and every time it’s great food, great ambiance and great quality of service. Overall, worth every penny you spend there!
