    Please join us for the first Supplier Series Wine Dinners of 2025 as we celebrate one of our oldest and favourite suppliers, Mariposa Farms! A specially crafted 5-course tasting menu by Chef de Cuisine Lukas Zajicek will be paired with wines selected by Jordan Sabourin. This social wine dinner will be hosted at a communal table, so please expect a lively atmosphere for conversation and connection. Arrival time is 6pm, and the first course will be served at 6:30pm. Please note that, due to the theme and nature of ingredients, we will not be able to accommodate dietary restrictions.                                       Ambience and service was great. Our waiter made an excellent wine recommendation. The food was very good. It didn’t feel crowded and it was relatively quiet, so it was easy to converse. Can’t remember the last time I didn’t find a restaurant very noisy and loud. Overall a wonderful experience!

                                      Exceptional service and everything we ordered was cooked to perfection! A special shoutout to the duck and ricotta gnudi dishes. Each dish was beautifully plated and the small details added to each bite, like the crushed hazelnut with the duck sauce. We'll be back soon!

                                      Always love the food at Beckta. We always have the tasting menu and I also had the wine pairing and was very happy with all of it. The service was wonderful, as usual. What else can I say? For a special meal to celebrate an occasion, or just for a treat - can't beat Beckta. Also, that was the first time I had their biscuits with butter and they were absolutely DELICIOUS - and thats not something I would usually order but I certainly will next time I go. Thanks for a great night. AND there is free underground parking available which is a bonus downtown.

                                      I had a lovely birthday celebration lunch. We started with a delicious glass of bubbles de Beckta. The steak frites, soup of the day and the goat cheese salad were also delicious and matched perfectly with glasses of Chateau de Plonque and a California Chardonnay. Service was exemplary. We will be back for lunch with no birthday celebration. My thanks to the whole Beckta team.

                                      We celebrated our anniversary there last night and the entire experience was a 10/10! Quinn gave us excellent service with great menu suggestions. Food was outstanding, looking forward to our next visit.

                                      Food was a little underwhelming. I remember a spectacular meal last time I was there. THe food was good, but just not as amazing as I remember. Charcuterie board was underwhelming at best. Dessert was good.

                                      We very much enjoyed a New Year’s Eve dinner at Beckta. The food was extremely good and the service was excellent. The location is a heritage house, which provided a very pleasant environment in which the table spacing was very comfortable. I would have liked a slightly larger choice of wines by the glass. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant.
