The Bistro Quarter's restaurant and bar is located on the fringes of Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stoke on Trent in Staffordshire.

It strikes the perfect balance between exceptional dining and affordability. The interior-designed surroundings are modern, yet elegant, with an emphasis on a relaxed and friendly vibe. The menu and cocktail bar are designed to satisfy most tastes and combine classic British menus with a bistro-style serving.

The Executive Chef, Malk Walker, is proud of his two rosettes and takes pride in everything he does. The Bistro is open from 8am for breakfast, lunch and dinner or you can just pop in for a coffee and a pastry or a cocktail.

2 for 1 Cocktails are served from 4pm-6pm (Tues-Sat).

It’s a pleasure to review somewhere that is all good and no bad. The venue is superb. The decor is beautiful. Comfort and facilities are excellent. The food is wonderful. Both staff and service are exceptional. I have visited Beauty and the Bistro twice for evening meals, I simply can’t fault it and will certainly be back again in the near future.

My second visit and it will not be my last! Absolutely fabulous from start to finish. There is truly nothing I can fault.

Our first visit here Excellent meal , with the homemade artisan breads and extra gravy making the whole meal special Would thoroughly recommend for Sunday Lunch Will definitely come back

Beautiful building and interior. Our Sunday lunch was cooked to perfection, with the Yorkshire puddings being a particular hit We will be back!

Decor and soundings lovely staff friendly. Food was tasty flavours however one of the dishes was a lot smaller. Portion sizes varied maybe provide extra vegetables for these dishes. We had difficulty splitting the bill different amounts maybe the staff member hadn’t been shown. Overall great evening and will return

Fantastic experience. The decor and atmosphere was lush. Really beautiful and up-market but didn't feel stuffy or up itself. Beautiful food. The breakfast menu was very good value. I think some items are undercharged for. Fatastic staff. So friendly, polite and attentive. My parents eat out a lot and said this was one of their new favourites. Highly recommended!
