Executive chef Aaron Ward (ex-Sixpenny and Shell House), recently awarded 2 two hats in the SMH Good Food, works closely with producers, farmers and fisherman that all have a great ethos on producing quality product for the guest.
For Ward, cooking is all about the guest experience and breaking down the barrier between the kitchen and the guests.

    Christmas Day Breakfast. Fruit & pastry for the table, choice of main course, coffee and a juice. Your reservation time is 1 hour and 45 mins. Adults $160 Kids under 10 $95. We take prepayment of 50% of the menu price at the time of booking. **CANCELLATION POLICY** Cancellations made before 1st November will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after 11th November will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after 1st December.

    Always magical views, delicious food and exceptional service from the lovey staff who make our meal a special dining experience. Love Bather Pavillion Restaurant! Can't beat it.

    Best lobster ever and the beetroot and carrots were particularly delicious - we ate so much of them we could barely eat any of the chips! Our server was attentive without ever being intrusive.

    All of food was excellent, couldn't have asked for more. The service was exceptional and everyone attending to our table was friendly. We will be sure too drop by again very soon. Thank you!

    My husband and I were there for our wedding anniversary at their main restaurant. All the food was fresh, delicious and beautifully served. Staff are very attentive. Great vibes, great view, clean & dry bathroom. We had the best time, and will definitely go back. Ps. Mosman parking spot is hard to find and pricier than the food itself lol.

    Bathers is not what it used to be. After dining there many times over 20+ years, I was disappointed in new ownership. Service was pushy and slow. Food was very rich and very small portions. 3 hours for 3 courses is just too slow. Room too noisy for normal conversation (and we were at the quiet end). Very poor value for money. Location is brilliant but there are plenty of better options now. I get it - they over-paid for it, then Covid hit, now they are trying to recover the cost. But overcharging for ordinary food and service is not the way.

    Really good food and unobtrusive but very effective service. There is no need to say we would go again, as we have already gone again and again.
