   This is not your typical steak house! Let me start by saying that you get what you pay for and this steak is sublime. It is expensive but it is Wagyu beef that melts in your mouth. The menu is very limited and they only have steak but if you call ahead they will prepare a fish dish or a vegetarian dish for you. Seriously though, this place is about the steak and the cost is worth every penny because you will never get steak like this anywhere else. The service is extremely personalized and you will go away full. This place is a true gem.

   Repeat customer here. Not enough words to describe how fantastic the experience always is. Never disappoints. From top notch hospitality and service, great cozy ambiance to, of course, the best steak eating experience possible. We eat at all top high end steak places in Dallas & Plano and this is hands down my and my girlfriend’s favorite. Kudos to Lane, the owner, who knows what he is doing. Very reasonable corkage fee if you want to take a special bottle of your favorite beverage. 10/10 as always. Oh, and the location in historic downtown Plano adds to the charm!!

   My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at BAR -Ranch and we are so glad that we did! Lane was a gracious host and the intimate size of the steakhouse was perfect for the occasion. The food was amazing down to the last bite. I would highly recommend the wagyu steak as they were among the best I’ve ever tasted. The salads, compliments and bread pudding were all absolutely delicious. Do yourselves a favor and reserve a table. You won’t regret it.

   One of the best steaks you can find in DFW. Lane and his team have done a great job creating an intimate environment for premier meat-lovers. A+

   Best potatoes and Caesar salad ever. Outstanding rib-eye and reasonable price. Comfortable service that is friendly, professional and just overall excellent. Wonderful find and we'll be back....again.

   The food was delicious as always. Services wasn’t as good as last time. We did a dinner for two and added an extra person so we were charged $100, which is fine, but you don’t get nearly $100 in food extra. The menu says it’s “encouraged for more” but definitely doesn’t feel that way. When we asked for our extra side that came with it the server lied initially to us.

    Quaint little place we enjoyed. Staff was amazing and the experience had a cool vibe to it. I will definitely go back
