Bar Lino ristorante brings familial recipes from Itri, Italy to Johnston, RI. Restauranteurs, Joe and Esther DeQuattro, originally opened Pane e Vino Providence, Massimo Providence, Massimo Legacy Place, and Crow's Nest in Warwick.
Bar Lino is the perfect local restaurant serving Italian classics while featuring live entertainment, Espresso Martini Monday's, Happy Hour at the Bar from 4PM-6PM Monday-Friday and other great specials.
Signature dishes include Pappardelle alla Bolognese, the Point Judith Calamari en Padella, and the Bucatini al' Amatriciana.

This is the second time we ate here. We were not impressed the first time, but, I wanted to give them another try. Unfortunately, our experience was not great. My sister ordered a salad before her meal. The waiter asked if she wanted the salad first or with the meal. She said she wanted it first. The server then said he would bring it out with everyone’s meal, then bring her meal 10 minutes after that, which didn’t make sense to me. It should have been brought before everyone else’s meal, like an appetizer. My sister sat there without her meal for at least 20 minutes while everyone else was almost done eating, then her food was brought. It was embarrassing since I was the one who took them here for dinner. They did offer a free drink for the inconvenience, which was appreciated.

First time here. Menu and bar have a wide selection of options. Interior is very nice, with two half circle booths that comfortably seat (5-6) facing the bar. We went for 2 p.m., so we had the option of the lunch and dinner menus. We will definitely come back.

Great menu options!! I had the spaghetti carbonara and my husband had chicken parm, my daughter had the gnocchi!! They all were delicious!!! Highly recommend!

We went for my birthday...my server Roger was fantastic as well as the rest of the staff. Food was amazing. The atmosphere was perfect. We will definitely be going back.

Love Bar' Lino. Nice, clean ambiance and always a great wait staff. Lunch special is perfect. The soup or salad, whichever one chooses, is always delicious and fresh. My eggplant sandwich was just what I enjoy, because the eggplant is cooked well and is tasty. Hubby felt the same about his meatball sandwich. And finally, a cannoli makes it a sweet ending! Our waiter, Junior, is always helpful and so pleasant.
