The menu pays homage to the essence of the great Italian-American restaurants in New York City. This was our first visit to Bar Italia last night and we were quite impressed. The food was excellent, the service exceptional and the prices reasonable. However, although we requested a nice four-top table in the "side room", the ambient noise got so loud that polite communication was almost impossible by the time we finished our dinner! It would be wonderful if this area could be insulated a bit from the main dining area in order to accommodate older patrons who are looking for a quieter ambience while they dine.

First time there. Food, service and ambiance was 10/10. Absolutely delicious. We will most definitely be coming back very soon to try other yummy things we saw on the menu but didn’t get this time.

We sat outside and it was lovely. We went very early and we were surprised by how many people were there. Food was wonderful and our server Bryce was so warm and friendly.
