Named one of Esquire's "40 Best Rooftop Bars in NYC", Bar Cima is located on the rooftop of Grayson Hotel and welcomes guests into an intimate lounge with elevated cocktail service and breathtaking views of New York City from the Empire State Building to both the East and Hudson Rivers. Our outdoor patio is open for the season and serves frozen margaritas, tiki cocktails, and relaxed, al fresco vibes.

Reservations are available. Outdoor patio seating is first come, first served, weather permitting.

I normally love bar cima but we went this weekend because they advertised a “three-day celebration at Bar Cima for Halloween y Día de los Muertos!” with “beverage specials ”. We went dressed up and no one else did which is fine, but no one working there new about the advertised night and it was not decorated for a “three-day celebration” and told us that they only had drinks on actual Halloween. Very disappointing. If you are going to have events posted on your website they should be actually real events.

Bar Cima is a gem in midtown Manhattan. The views are spectacular to the Empire State Building. Such a New York vibe. We loved it. It’s in the Grayson Hotel which I also HIGHLY recommend.

Service was terrible; we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to even say hello at the table, and after that, it took them another 20 minutes to bring drinks. The place is charming, but the staff is unpleasant and unhappy. I would not go back.

This was my second attempt at the outdoor rooftop bar. The first time my reservation was cancelled because inclement weather forced the private party indoors so there was no room for us peons. Tonight there was another private party so we had to sit inside and look out on some industrial contraption because the best view is from the outdoor terrace. The menu is extremely limited, and the bar had no Amaretto which we wanted after dinner. I do not recommend Bar Cima. False advertising.

The host was really rude, which was shocking because the hotel staff were really nice. We made a reservation for 9:30 on a Friday night but it didn't seem necessary.

Service was unfortunately bad. Our waitress disappeared- someone else ended up closing us out after 20 minutes of empty drinks. Views are great but go somewhere with better service

Everyone was very nice but not attentive enough. Our guacamole was brown. The drinks were great loved them the view the ambiance honestly the staff just needs to be more attentive.
