Please join us at Bar Cecil for a delightful evening. We welcome parties of 5 or fewer guests (limited space for parties of 5). Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate larger parties.

We book tables for 2 hours. Last dinner orders are taken at 9 pm and we close the bar at 10 pm. We've gone cashless and happily accept credit and debit cards.

Due to our small size, tables with separate reservations can not be combined. Please reserve online; if OpenTable is not showing availability, we're fully booked or it is more than 14 days out. We accept reservations up to 30 days out. Our bar is always walk-in and we open at 5 pm (the bar list is usually full around 4:30 pm).

Another great evening. Owner Richard stopped by our table to say hello. And our server Lucas was on top of everything even though it was a very busy night. The food and service never disappoint.

I wish this wasn’t our experience last night. Over an hour between starter and main. No apology. We were at the nearly 2 hour mark from when we arrived. Took a few bites then left. Service was far worse than ever, more attitude even after “Richard”( one of the owners)came by. The steak was very good. The CacioePepe was awful. Swimming in brown sauce,and doused with white pepper and miso it was a long way from Italy. From being a fave it has become “a not coming back soon” Honestly- just a tiny acknowledgement of the fuckup would’ve gone a long way in cultivating our loyalty, but no.

We had been worried because we needed to take our 5 and 7 year old boys with us but the staff helped us make it a fantastic experience. Even the kids loved it! (Although there was a long intermission between super speedy appetizers and the mains). Food was exquisite and not too terribly expensive. The sole white fish was fantastic that we all can’t stop talking about that dish and may need to go back soon for it.

Another outstanding meal at Bar Cecil! The setting is the coolest in PS. The food was A+ as always. And our server - Tony - was awesome. Friendly and attentive, he made our Anniversary dinner super special! Can’t wait to go back!

The mussels in curry sauce were incredible! I’ve eaten them in all the famous mussels countries, and these were among the best. Their presentation was excellent. The slices of toasted bread were perfectly crisped, and held the curry broth well. Also a good price, as they are on the appetizer menu, but worked as an entree.
