    Food was really good. The cocktails, not so much. Had a signature old fashioned that was served in an odd glass with regular ice, orange and basic maraschino cherry muddled at the bottom. I was not a fan.

    Our server was so sweet. I ordered the surf and turf and my boyfriend ordered the swordfish. I believe mine took a little longer so his food was not hot enough (in his opinion). They replaced his food so fast and (who I assume) was the manager personally brought it out to him. That left a very good impression. We also ordered the shrimp boil and calamari as appetizers and those were pretty good.

    Banks’ is an absolute must when in Wilmington. The raw bar is among the freshest on the East Coast and the Seafood is amazing. They change their menus daily to assure the freshest seafood and ingredients. And don’t forget to eat dessert😜

    Varied menu, really creative dishes. I tried a fish i have never had before and it was prepared nicely. Our waiter (Pat?) was terrific. Pricey but totally worth it.

    This was our first time at Banks but it will not be our last. We had read about the good restaurants on the Riverwalk and just decided to try Banks for our first visit. The service was perfect, not rushed but just a nice pace for our meal. The food was amazing. Our waitress suggested the tuna and it was absolutely perfect. We sat in the bar section and were very surprised at how nice and quiet it was. I would like to go back in the warmer months and get a table out in their patio.

    Banks is worth the visit. We live in Horsham and love going to Banks. I have never had anything that I did not absolutely enjoy. I had the crab soup which is like a crab minestrone...hearty and tasty. The rock fish with morel mushrooms was so tasty, fresh and nice presentation. My Mom enjoyed the raw oysters and camellia with clams. Oh, and the brussel sprouts are my favorite. Service is excellent.
