when we arrived at 5pm, there was no bartender there, so we could only order beer or wine, no mixed drinks. we ordered sushi and spring rolls as an appetizer which were fine. the sushi tasted fresh even though the presentation of the spring rolls was borderline sloppy and was nothing special. we ordered their house fried rice and the japanese ramen for dinner, both looked and tasted like they were microwaved. the fried rice lacked any sort of seasoning, had no vegetables, and was still cold to the touch in areas. the ramen was terrible. it came with three very tough, fatty slices of grey-colored pork, old hard boiled eggs, the broth was oily and flavorless, the noodles were glued together in a wad like they were from days ago. this place looked nice, our waitress was pleasant, but overall this was a terrible experience. we hardly ate a bite of our dinners and the price was over $100. this price included a glass of chardonnay (which was one of the worst wines i’ve ever had, i did not drink it), and two beers (the second one was ordered because i was not drinking that nasty wine!) will not ever go back here.

We went to Parx casino to see the comedian Kathleen Madigan and made reservations for dinner before the show at Bambu because the other two restaurants were booked. We were happy and enjoyed the meal - prices were very reasonable and my lychee martini = perfect.

Food was over priced and over cooked. Service was slow and forgetful. Watched out drinks being made and they had very little to no alcohol in them.

Our experience wasn’t good to say the least. There was no host at the front desk and the servers just watched us standing there. Keep in mind, the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. Maybe 6 other patrons were there. After about 5 minutes, one server across the restaurant waived us down to the empty booth they were at. Half the food we tried to order from the menu wasn’t available with no notice. Our server was inattentive and forgetful. Getting something simple as a water refill seemed to be a 10 minute ordeal. Again, the place wasn’t busy at all at this time. The food we are able to order was fine. The place was also clean so no issue there. Overall, not a place I’d visit again or recommend.

Excellent again as always. Actually was able to get a shrimp tempura roll this trip which is not always available. Bar tender was friendly and provided great service.

My experience was underwhelming and boring. My fiancé and I got the duck and 2 sushi rolls. The duck to bone ratio left me with more bone than meat and the sushi was not only a small portion for a big chunk of money, but we have had better quality from a grocery store. The bartender wasn’t present for the first 20 minutes of our meal and the waitress didn’t even know what kind of alcohol they served to answer a simple question. We left still hungry and very dissatisfied. We did pay our bill because we ate the food but I wouldn’t come back.

Service was straight to the point, fast and apologetic for over salted food. I would not go back.

It was okay. Food was tasty but nothing to right home about. It was busy but the tables were spaced well enough apart that it didn’t feel overly crowded

The setting in the casino is nice and service was fine, but we did not enjoy the food. The spring rolls (we ordered both the duck and shrimp/chicken) were very small and greasy. The pad Thai and green beans were not so tasty and the shrimp in the pad Thai tasted bad. The General Tsos chick was our best fish but I’d rate it good, not excellent. The restaurant is convenient if you are going to the casino, but don’t have high expectations and I’d stay away from shrimp.
