   I never thought I would have to write a bad review being that I’ve been excited to try this place out and my friend and I finally got a reservation to go! It started at the door, our reservation was for 10:30 pm and we were not seated until 11:25! We were continually told we were next and other tables who I’m for sure came after us were seated, it wasn’t until i went up there and said we’re just going to leave we were seated 5 mins later. This just took the joy out of the experience being that we came for the famous napkin toss and to have a great night out! They tried to give us a free glass of champagne and shots but neither of us drink alcohol so they paid for a round of mocktails. If the experience at the door were better and we weren’t given the run around the night would’ve been great but since we were seated and finally served after 11:30 we just ordered 2 apps a side and left.

   This is not the place to go if you'd like to be able to have a conversation. We arrived for dinner at 6 pm on a Saturday during the Cherry Blossom Festival, so our experience may not be typical. The service was pleasant but a bit slow. When we arrived at the restaurant, it was practically empty, but by 6:30 or 7, it was packed. It was so noisy that it was impossible to have a conversation; we really couldn't wait to get out of there. The food was mostly good. There was an issue with one of the fish dishes, in that it was full of bones and very difficult to eat, but they rectified the situation. Another fish dish was dry. If you order horta, and are expecting the traditional dandelions, you will be disappointed because it was spinach & chard. They also do not have skordaya! The Greek salad & grilled calamari were good. It's a pretty restaurant, and the staff are nice.

   Not bad but hella overpriced for what you pay. There’s a lot of better options

   Wonderful!!! Food excellent, waitress great in every way. Interior design beautiful. Only complaint is how noisy it was; we couldn’t converse with our guests until everyone left. But a nice evening, anyway!

   Amazing food, drinks, friendly service and vibes! Live DJ, Napkin Toss is super fun, Great music! Overall , It was a beautiful experience while fine dining. I Love Balos, definitely on my date night list ✨.

   The experience for my birthday dinner was amazing! I was excited to come and see for myself. I enjoyed the food, the scene, the music! It was all worth it!

   The food, service and ambience were great! However the music was not matching, it was like club music all the time and it was hard to hear each other and even hard to hear the music. We have chosen the place for a mediterrenean atmosphere and food but havent heard any single Greek song played until 22:00 and we had to leave then. I would definitely come again for the food.

    From the beginning, the staff accommodated our large group and sitting us all together. Our waiter was excellent and bus service was attentive. My friend who celebrated her birthday was so happy! Thank you for making it a special night for her.
