If you're going to take your name from a badass like the patron saint of blacksmiths, you better be able to back it up. Baldamar marks the turning point where we usher in the new standard for style, service and steak. It means the menu’s made with old-world craft at its core and modern day meat eaters in mind — with flavors forged in fire and folded into pure primal perfection. It’s where every steak is aged 40 days and 40 nights for a taste of biblical proportion, and where crazy-fresh seafood means it was caught during your morning commute. At the bar sits every spirit imaginable, and someone who isn’t afraid to use them. This is more than a new steakhouse. It’s a line in the sand. It’s not just where you celebrate special occasions. It’s where you create them.

    La comida grasosa y pedí unas papas fritas con trufas y llegaron llenas de grasa y picantes .Muy caro una hamburguesa 28 us y nada especial .no volvería

    The food was great, but found a sizable lobster shell in my lobster pappardelle. Let our server know and they did nothing. Shouldn’t ever find a shell in an $55 dish… All other food and service was great.

    A great dining experience was had for a celebratory birthday dinner! The best meal I have had in a while, and the best dining experience in the Twin Cities for me.

    We were sat by a large group who were hosting a murder mystery dinner party. They were loud and constantly walking around. We had difficulties hearing each other at our table. The waitress even had difficulties hearing us. The servers seemed to be waiting a lot for the dinner party people to get out of their way

    Had date night here with my boyfriend and we loved it. I’ve been here before but he hadn’t and he was VERY impressed. We opted for seafood options (lobster pappardelle and salmon) instead of steaks and even these dishes were phenomenal! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

    Lovely experience. Service was wonderful, staff attentive without being overbearing; very knowledgeable. Food & drinks amazing. It was our first visit & we will definitely be back.

    We went out for a birthday dinner and had a great time! The drinks and food were delicious and the service was excellent. We're planning on coming back sometime in the future for another special occasion.
