    Heard a lot about this place at Christmas and it did not disappoint, it was decked out all over the place. The food was good, but not overwhelming, kind of like a chain and not a regular restaurant. I had asked that we sit in the middle and not by the bathrooms…we sat by the bathrooms, in a corner. The decor was great and I appreciate the service, but I don’t think I’d go back for dinner.

    We went after a Broadway show in January. Spot was convenient to the theaters. Restaurant was decorated for Christmas and very festive! Wait staff was friendly but it did take a while to be helped. Food and prices were fine.

    Sub par dining experience at a top tier price. Restaurant decor and menu changed and no update on website. Items we were expecting to see on the menu were no longer available and the entire ambiance was changed with over the top holiday decor. Would have been good to know prior to going. Inattentive service and cold food. Over all a let down.

    Wonderful place to visit during the holidays in NYC. Unfortunately, understaffed. Water never refilled. Food was just ok— under-seasoned. I expected overpriced but a vegetable medley with short rib had 2 vegetables with 4 total pieces. PS—says 18% gratuity auto for parties of 4 or more yet there was 20% on the bill. Not a good look.

    Table was late, no one even came to our table for 15 minutes. Our server either quit or ended her shift while everyone was still eating. Waitress took my phone to run a gift card and disappeared. Had to have another manger go find her. Terrible terrible experience and would never go there again.

    Perfect brunch. The holiday decor was what brought us and did not disappoint. Beautiful and fun!

    Horrible, slow service. Waitress (her name is Sue) was unfriendly, slow and changed items on our order without asking. We had to take it because the service was so slow we had to get going. Also…we ordered 3 kids hot chocolates @ $12 each…One was for me (and adult) and she put Butterscotch in it (which it calls for butterscotch flavor) but thankfully my husband asked Because it was alcohol!!) ONLY good Thing about this place is how it is decorated for Christmas.
