Azúcar, located in La Serena Villas, is dedicated to excellence. We serve modern contemporary cuisine to a 21 and over only crowd, focusing on flavor and utilizing high quality and local ingredients. In Downtown Palm Springs at the foot of the San Jacinto Mountains, our buzzy rooftop boasts some of the best views in the desert. Come share a toast over our popular Blood Orange Margaritas and stay for a meal that's as fabulous as Palm Springs itself.

Azúcar offers indoor, outdoor, poolside, and Weekend Rooftop Brunch . Reservations are strongly recommended, and while we will do our best to seat you in your requested section, we cannot guarantee it as it's based on availability.

El lugar es divino !!! La comida muy rica. Vale la pena totalmente la experiencia por el valor pagado Volveríamos no solo a comer ( fuimos por thanksgiving) si no a hospedarnos en el hotel

A wonderful dinner in a beautiful setting! The food was delicious! Smoked artichoke, arugula and mustard salad with pomegranate, spicy caramelized cashews, creamy goat cheese with balsamic was divine! The tenderloin served rare to perfection and the Hokkaido Scallops were the best I’ve had, served with a coconut red curry that was delightful. Our waitress Ilyana made the dinner perfect with her charm, amazing mixology skills and beautiful smile! Can’t wait to come back!

My husband and had such a lovely brunch at Azucar in 2022 that we decided to come back and bring some of our family. Everyone loved the halibut tacos and tuna tartar!

First time in Palm Springs and this place came highly recommended. The ambience was beautiful. Decorated for Christmas. Loved the fireplace. Service was not good. I had the chicken but the menu was changed and it was not good. Had to send it back. My husband ordered the salmon but they didn’t have it so he got the halibut. It was good; however, for $45 a plate you would have thought they would have given you one little side. Everything was extra. We were disappointed

I booked this restaurant for my 50th birthday celebration. We were sent away because one member of our group was not an “adult.” Apparently, this is an “adults only” restaurant which is not a thing. Have you ever heard of such a thing?
