   It would be great to have more vegan options. It’s odd that falafels aren’t on the menu at a middle eastern restaurant. Otherwise a really positive experience

   Took my friend for a light birthday lunch as we both had dinner plans. The entire time we were seated we were swatting away small black bugs. At one point my friend said there were a whole bunch above my head. Other tables were swatting bugs away as well. Our server was very busy and took forever to clear our plates, so we were unable to tell her. When I got the attention of the manager, said they are currently dealing with a plant issue and the bugs. When I mentioned it basically ruined our lunch as we were swatting bugs, she said they were working on it. Nothing more was said or done to apologize. The bugs and response were completely unacceptable. Would never recommend Azhar Kitchen.

   We loved the freshness of the food. We had small plates during happy hour. Will definitely come back.

   The chicken was raw and uncooked. Fried mushroom was very dry and almost burnt.

   It was my second visit, and I didn’t expect there to be happy hour menus and drinks! Such a nice surprise! Loved the food, cocktails, and everything! Definitely going to visit again soon. Cheers!
