Aurum Food & Wine Steamboat is offering a special 4 course prix fixe menu for New Year's Eve. Adults $135, Kids 3 course menu $65, (kids may substitute from our regular Kids' menu). Vegetarian & gluten free options will be available. Featured wine bottles and pairing suggestions available. After dinner, join us in our lounge & ring in the New Year with live music. We're pleased to present The Chamberlin Birch Band, who will play into the New Year. We appreciate 48 hours notice for cancellations, (please note our cancellation policy on your reservation confirmation).

We live in Steamboat and have for 50 years. Arum is our new go-to place when family visit. The Happy Hour menu is great and well priced. We usually order some off the Happy Hour menu and some of the regular menu. What we like, as locals, is they will take a reservation. This is needed for us during peak seasons. And I requested a table by a window so we could watch skiers on Howelson Hill and I was enthusiastically accommodated (several weeks ahead). We have Vegetarians in our family and Arum is nice about making changes (like tonight they would have left pork belly off the SteelHead…). Everyone is sincerely friendly too. We love coming in the summer to sit outside but will be back more this winter. The general vibe just feels right.

Christmas Day dinner and everything was perfect. There was a Christmas mystery as someone had been seated under my reservation but it was quickly remedied. Our server was friendly and engaging. The ambience was great with just enough lighting and the design of the space allows for great views and private conversations. Bar is excellent. Food was A plus and they had a fabulous Christmas entree that was amazing. Bison tenderloin with heirloom carrots and Yorkshire. Yum! First class. One of my favorite meals in a while. Only Bobes is better

We had an excellent and memorable family dinner in the yurt, an incredible intimate space. Service was 11/10.

Menu is limited. Bistro steak was tough. Cow au Vin & Butternut squash was good. Service was slow. Lovely setting.

Really enjoyed this experience. The staff was sharp and the food as expertly prepared. Even seemingly simply dishes were prepared with care. The loudness of the dining room is my only complaint which is not a reflection on the venue at all just the crowd that was there. Eventually it cleared out and was blissful.

The restaurant has great staff, coat check and a beautiful view. The food options are great but the food was cold, we asked our server to heat it up and he kindly took the plates back, but still came back just warm did not want to bother sending them back.

Wonderful restaurant. The location overlooking the river and Howelson Ski Mountain is beautiful and tranquil. The food was amazing and the service was top notch - attentive but not intrusive.
