Aurum Food & Wine Steamboat is offering a special 4 course prix fixe menu for New Year's Eve. Adults $135, Kids 3 course menu $65, (kids may substitute from our regular Kids' menu). Vegetarian & gluten free options will be available. Featured wine bottles and pairing suggestions available. After dinner, join us in our lounge & ring in the New Year with live music. We're pleased to present The Chamberlin Birch Band, who will play into the New Year. We appreciate 48 hours notice for cancellations, (please note our cancellation policy on your reservation confirmation).

Really sub par NYE experience with preset 4 course menu. Extremely overpriced for value and overall ambience. Service tried to make it right which was appreciated.

That was the most overpriced dinner in my life. The restaurant said the fixed price menu is $65 for kids. Then after the meal the waiter said we needed to have asked for a kids menu. So we were charged full price for our two kids ($135 each). We sent back like 3 pounds of fat. The restaurant should inform guests that porchetta means a slab of fat. My meal was also $135 despite not having any meat. Total ripoff and waste of money. Happy New Year!

Excellent bartender and selection of drinks. Our service was impeccable from the hostess Natalie, the female bartender who made our specialty cocktails to the young man who was our server. Everyone knew the menu and all worked well as a team and were very friendly and accommodating.

I decided to dine at the Steamboat location after enjoying the Breck location a few years ago. The Steamboat experience was nothing like my previous dinner in Breck. The seating offered to us wasn’t great so we opted to eat the bar. The bar server was slow and confused with everyone’s orders; so much so that someone came out to apologize. But the real disappointment was the food. Everything was overcooked and almost tasteless. The Parker house rolls were crusty as if they had been sitting out all day. The only thing that saved them was the honey butter. The crab cake was dry, all filler and no crabmeat; and didn’t come with any accompanying sauce. Even the side salad didn’t have the items listed on the menu and was underdressed; if dressed at all with the stated mango coconut dressing. The Korean fried chicken was so overcooked that it was like chewing beef jerky. I would never go back as the prices were unjustified given the poor quality of the dishes.

Jade was our server and “caretaker”. 😁 She did an excellent job! The food, as usual, was amazing! The daily soup was fabulous and the presentation was stellar. Bistro steak, which I had, was delicious. We were a table of 7 and we had appetizers of bread and Brussel sprouts. Many other dishes were ordered and reported delicious. A fabulous night!

We live in Steamboat and have for 50 years. Arum is our new go-to place when family visit. The Happy Hour menu is great and well priced. We usually order some off the Happy Hour menu and some of the regular menu. What we like, as locals, is they will take a reservation. This is needed for us during peak seasons. And I requested a table by a window so we could watch skiers on Howelson Hill and I was enthusiastically accommodated (several weeks ahead). We have Vegetarians in our family and Arum is nice about making changes (like tonight they would have left pork belly off the SteelHead…). Everyone is sincerely friendly too. We love coming in the summer to sit outside but will be back more this winter. The general vibe just feels right.

Christmas Day dinner and everything was perfect. There was a Christmas mystery as someone had been seated under my reservation but it was quickly remedied. Our server was friendly and engaging. The ambience was great with just enough lighting and the design of the space allows for great views and private conversations. Bar is excellent. Food was A plus and they had a fabulous Christmas entree that was amazing. Bison tenderloin with heirloom carrots and Yorkshire. Yum! First class. One of my favorite meals in a while. Only Bobes is better
