Founded in 1948 amidst the ruins of the post-war era, it has been rebuilt and has long been a refuge for artists frequenting the Rue de Rennes. In the heart of an essential place in modern theatrical history, in a warm setting inspired by the Comédie française.
The Au Vieux Colombier brasserie takes its name from the rue du Vieux Colombier, which itself comes from the former dovecote of the Saint-Germain-des-Prés abbey.

這次來法國旅遊，吃到最棒的一餐。油封鴨非常可口美味，入口即化，蝸牛也很香沾麵包吃非常有味，沙拉哥倫布非常豐富也很特別火腿起司非常搭。若有機會希望再來品嚐美食。若是台灣可以開分店應該會爆滿。

油封鴨超好吃必點菜色甜點肉桂蘋果也超好吃價格不算貴 CP值高是巴黎左岸值得推薦的餐廳

We booked this restaurant for Christmas Eve. After several emails to confirm the booking, we arrived at the restaurant to discover it was CLOSED. Appalling customer service.

確実に予約をして、楽しみにして行ったのに、休業していました。時間、コスト、思い出、色々な状況が悪化したので、非常に残念です。今後、改善をのぞみます。

Please don’t go to this “restaurant”. It may be the worst restaurant in Paris. At least in the 6th. Place not clean. But, ok, food was terrible. I ordered the steak. The waiter said it was “fillet of beef”. I received it and it was NOT a fillet. In fact it was the top toughest piece of meat I have ever been served. French fries were like cardboard. I know fine cuisine, but like simple good food as well. This wasn’t that. Just badly sloppily prepared and not fresh. Sadly, very bad. I wish I had a good thing to say but I don’t. My husband and I had a beautiful day and were looking forward to a nice dinner….sad. Waiter tried but r food so bad it didn’t matter. My husband had the duck. Somehow undercooked but dry at the same time. Be forewarned. ❤️
