Upon arriving, it really didn’t look too much different than the old Brown Derby. The steak I got was extremely tough to chew, my friend did order the same thing and hers was done great. The risotto was very firm which the manager did say they knew it was and they were trying to get that fixed, but did offer a different side dish. Dessert was great as well as the drinks.

We dined for the first time at the Astoria on Tuesday night and everything was perfect! The service, food and ambiance were spot on. Our server, Nathaniel, was very knowledgeable of the menu, which helped us choose our meals and indeed we did like all of our meals! Everything is made in house fresh and not prepackaged! Nick Pamboukis, the President of the establishment, stopped by our table to make sure we had everything we wanted or needed. He was very nice and we had a great conversation about the vision for the menu and restaurant vibe. He gave me his personal business card should we feel the need to contact him on anything about our experience. We will be definitely going back!

We tried Astoria for the first time. Our server Tera was outstanding. Food was excellent. I had pasta carbonara and she had the beef short rib. Both really good. Caesar salad was fresh and flavorful. So was the French onion (bone broth) soup. Tiramisu was authentic. My only recommendation is to improve the bread service. They need a more Italian style crusty bread. Overall, we will be back. Great job Emily and Nick. We like your new restaurant (One of your neighbors).

Our group (4) each tried something different. From the porterhouse chop to the red snapper with the short ribs and pasta in between, none of us were disappointed. Our sever was attentive and did a nice job. Would recommend for business dinners or just a nice dinner out with friends

Our overall experience from the moment we arrived until we finished was incredible. The service was top notch along with the food . I would definitely recommend to anyone that wants to try something new in the area.

We had a great evening at Astoria Grill, to be honest we were just tired and hungry and didn’t want to make dinner so we probably looked like a couple of bums. Kylee and New Hire, Nick, were so kind and attentive. We loved the charcuterie board appetizer and our steaks were excellent. We were too full to try dessert but it all sounded great. This probably sounds silly but the wine glasses were the cleanest I have ever seen, that little detail meant a lot to me. All around a great experience, we’ll definitely be back soon. Kudos to Nick, Emily and Family on a job very well done.
