   The view is great and service excellent. Was very disappointed in the upsell of a steak to my husband who does not like Waygu and presets his dine medium. Waiter told him he needs to go to a “luxury “ steak so it would not be dry. Ir arrived bloody rare. Sent it back and it wasn’t returned until I was done with mine. It was now medium rare still way too rare for his liking but apparently the restaurant decides how the steak should be cooked. He didn’t eat it and we left. The dog enjoyed the $100 steak. It was his birthday celebration & he left hungry. Very disappointed. Won’t be back.

   Service was amazing! Only one very minor ding on the 5-star rating: one of the medium rare steaks came out medium. For this price point we would expect it to be correct. We didn’t want to make a fuss and send it back, as that throws off the flow/timing of dinner for everyone. Everything else was great, and the desserts in particular were spectacular!

   First time at Ascend and it was amazing. The music was loud but it we had the best time and the food was phenomenal. Definitely going back sometime. Also we had things happen and couldn’t make the first two reservations but the owner squeezed us in due to having a flat tire and we got it earlier than our 3rd reservation. Amazing.

   We loved everything about this place. The service was impeccable and at the same time friendly and inviting. Highly recommended!

   Great late night vibe where you can dress up in Bellevue and not feel weird - food is pricey and mediocre but the amazing service and the ambience made up for it

   Dinner was outstanding as always and the service was wonderful. A big thank you for making our birthday celebration so special. From the beautiful window table, to the yummy food/wine, and the dramatic celebratory dessert - just perfect!

    Although I’ve been there many times for dinner and happy hour, and I always loved it. Yesterday I was there for lunch, not knowing that it was actually going to be Brancheau. The food was so weird. It tasted like a child with a very good imagination Tried to make it. It was a set menu with obligation of at least 2 choices. It was 4 of us on the party and no one liked it. I am very surprised by the selection of choices and the way they go about it for food on the weekend. I can’t explain it more than this. I guess go try for yourself , or not !
