Massimo was great! Took the “Italian Ride” and let Massimo take control of our food journey! Didn’t even look at the menu and felt like I was being served at someone’s home. Outstanding! More importantly, saw another party drinking a bottle of wine that I didn’t see on the wine list. He said he has an extensive cellar and everything can’t fit on the menu. Told him the price point I was looking for and the profile of wines I enjoy, he recommended an amazing small production Italian bottle of wine that I’ve never had before. Served at the appropriate temperature, which is not room temperature that you get in most restaurants! Kudos to the staff and can’t wait to dine there again!

The space was over crowded. Service was poor. Food specials were not explained clearly. Food just ok. Overall not a great experience

It was just “meh” can find the quality and service anywhere, but if you want to say you have eaten where a bunch of celebrities go to have their obligatory North End meal, this is the place for you.

Arya is a lovely restaurant. It’s an authentic North End experience. My girlfriend was visiting Boston for the first time. Massimo, the owner, came over and said, “welcome to my home.” He made us feel so welcome. The food is excellent as you’d expect. The fine selection was impressive. I’d go back every time I’m in Boston.

This was our 5th and final time here. Made a reservation 2 months out for a party of 3.. When we arrived they sat us at a 2 top window seat with an extra chair. 3 Adults jammed at this table. Absolutely ridiculous. I mentioned it to the manager and he said that was a table for 3, which was a complete BS answer. If you decide to go never make the reservation for 3! Did the tasting menu and it was average. Steak was tough and one of the apps was cold. If you only have 3 in your party, make the reservation for 4.

Great service and great food. Our waiter was attentive and the fried burrata special with vodka sauce was terrific, great recommendation and will be back again.

Really great experience and you have to order the meatballs! They are a must! A very friendly staff as well. I love how cozy this place is. Will be back .
