The view is stunning! You can see the sunset on the backside and the glow on the buildings in front, amazing skyline at dark. The service was amazing and I enjoyed my appetizers.

The food-appetizers were great as was the service and view. Not a fan of plastic cups for wine and cocktails. Our reservation was early-pre-show but did not seem quite open and ready to serve patrons when we arrived

There's NO ART?! There's some outside the hotel, some inside the lobby, some talk of some inside the elevator (but the video speed was so slow, that I would have had to stay in and ride a few minutes to get where the video was going - but good thing I already know what Pysanky eggs are.) The bar is on the same floor as the CHECK-IN and there's some art around that area, but walk up the stairs and then there's just a great view from the actual ART BAR (and that's if you consider flat STL a great view), there is no actual ART. I'm a local artist and that's just really a failed opportunity to invest in the local community and a great disappointment on their part. The reservation was pretty pointless as no one seemed to care when we walked in and they said to sit anywhere - it was cold enough they should have already had the "heaters" on the outside, so after about 10 minutes the novelty wore off and we crammed around the most miniature table ever with four drinks and one "app-Mediterranean plate" that was ice cold and only received 2 rollups, while there was 4 of us.

ARTBar is a good place to relax, take in wonderful views of the city, and enjoy small plates and good drinks. I fell in love with my new favorite drink-A Streetcar Named Desire. The service was great. Sam, our server was very friendly and provided excellent service. The Art in the hotel is phenomenal. The Mediterranean board was really good and my friend enjoyed the roast beef sandwich. Will definitely return. Very unique and enjoyable experience.

Made reservation on a Sunday evening for my daughter’s birthday. We arrived at the hotel only to be told that the bar and the restaurant was no longer serving. I received no email or text that said they could not honor our reservation. Update: I tried to call the ArtBar the day after and no one answered. I left a message with the Angard hotel operator (through which you are connected to the ArtBar) to have someone call to explain. No one has called as of yet.

The website had items on the menu that we were not able to order.We informed them that they need to update there website. The service was ok , only 1 waitress. The overall visit was just OK ..

The view is great. The property is unique. The food choices are soooo poor. Our dessert had a good flavor but needed more strawberries. It was a strawberry shortcake and had two small strawberries cut up on it. Our white bordeaux wine was fair at best. There were not many white wine choices.
