Outstanding! When a new place opens it’s often hard to get the food and service right. These guys nailed it! It’s clearly what Maclean needed, and the people are enjoying their new location. We tried to get another booking to find it booked out! The entrees of prawns and mushrooms were fantastic, steaks were wonderful, next dessert please.

Calamari was delicious, a bit small serving but also would prefer quality over quantity so totally get that. Burger was pretty good. Rump was perfection. Would love to see one dessert available eventually. Can’t wait to come back.

The restored venue looks fantastic. The meals were fine. The Garlic Yamba Prawns were excellent. The Chips were very good as well. The Fillet Steak was very good. The Chicken Parmi was OK and the Arancini Balls were OK. The pricing is on par with other restaurants in Maclean. Overall, a nice dining experience. I would return.

We 2 sat for lunch on the verandah. Very pleasant. Food was good.staff were friendly and helpful..and Espresso Martini excellent!

We were blown away by the incredible renovation. The Argyle Hotel was buzzing with patrons, staff were friendly. Food was well priced and delicious. It was fabulous.

The Argyle Hotel -What a beautifully renovated pub, the detail is exceptional, charming ambiance, excellent food, and warm service. So excited to see the pub back in it's glory. Can't wait to stay there.

Great place great meals ( wasn’t very keen on the fish) beautifully presented, cooked to perfection. They’ve turn an old pub into a work of art. It’s just lovely. Staff terrific.
