Treat your loved one to an unforgettable Valentine's Day dinner at Aqimero! Enjoy Chef's special 4-course dinner experience for $185 per guest. The night will begin with a welcome cocktail. The first course includes a raw bar presentation for the table, including Tuna Ceviche Monito, Shrimp Cocktail with mezcal lime sauce and fresh Oysters. The second course features a Chef's Salad or Chesapeake Crab Soup. For the third course, choose an entrée of your choice like Branzino, Wagyu Fillet Mignon, or Rack of Lamb. bought the New Year’s Eve package. The food was phenomenal as per usual we frequent here often. Our server was great. Once the New Year’s Eve party started which is included with the dinner it took nearly 30 minutes to get a drink. I would recommend only beer, wine and specialty cocktails next time to mitigate the wait and I also thought that the bartenders were especially rude . it’s honestly better to stay at the Ritz Carlton and eat somewhere else and then do the party lol which seems like what most people did watching from their rooms. also, I was not impressed with the DJ. I’ve never been to a New Year’s Eve party where they didn’t play top 100 hits. Very boring. We left right after the balloon drop. Also, whoever claimed to “design the couches” was going around picking up people’s drinks that were set on the back of them was very rude and super inappropriate. He claimed to design the lobby area and grabbed my drink. Soured our night. Security had to pull them to the side I would not recommend interacting or doing any further business with them/designer”. honestly we paid $730 which includes the gratuity and the only thing that was worth it was the dinner they should have a price for a New Year’s Eve prefix meal ONLY, a New Year’s Eve meal that includes the party and then the party separately as well. Also, splurging on such an experience should be so much more in OpenTable points very disappointed.

We are big fans of Aqimero, but today was a notable exception. Food was excellent as always. A few mishaps ruined the ambience. It was an important day so I am pretty disappointed.

The chicken entree was highly recommended but I wasn’t impressed should have ordered the scallops or lamb . Have stayed at the Ritz many times in the past 27 years and the dining options were much better in the past

Mimosa was terrific, however… Food was not inspired, especially for Christmas. Salad was good but han dinner was a chunk of ham, not a slice, and dessert was some cooked apples in a phyllo cup. Worst of all, coffee (not included) was $8. Who charges $8 for coffee unless it has liqueur in it? The service was great, especially Hannah.

Interior was interesting to see architecturally. Food was great and so were cocktails. Our waitress was helpful with picking great apps and entrees. Lounge area was freezing due to doors opening constantly in 19 degree weather, we had to move due to cold air hitting us, it was like there was no heat and we were sitting outside almost. Unfortunate party of entire experience and shocking for a ritz Carlton hotel. Otherwise our experience, food, and staff was great.

Great service at Aqimero. Servers were friendly and attentive, but not overbearing. Tuna ceviche and grilled avocado were tasty and well executed. The rib eye was technically cooked to my med-rare order but would have liked to see a thicker cut of meat (was probably at or slightly under 1 inch thick), and could've had a better sear. I'm guessing the thinner cut made achieving a proper sear difficult without overcooking the steak. I acknowledge that this isn't a steakhouse, but at $85 I would hope to get close to a steakhouse level cook on a thick cut. Overall it was still very tasty because steak, and was a good meal with a bit of upside potential on the steak.
