   We have visited the restaurant several times and have always enjoyed everything, hence the high scores. The food was very tasty, staff very friendly and great service.

   We ate early 5pm ish, great relaxed feeling about the place and a nice warm welcome from the staff. All the dishes and wine are quite reasonable in price and although not a massive menu ( which has its benefits) its a great place to try. We had the spinach yogurt and patron peppers for starters follwed by lamb chops and minced lamb shoulder served with bread and the the fantastic rice dish that was more than enough for two people. Could not leave without trying the tiramisu and baklava. Washed down with another glass of red. Extremely pleasant quiet early afternoon tea, would definitely return without a doubt.

   We had great evening with excellent service. The food was fantastic. Enjoyed the wine very much and it was not expensive. Overall an excellent experience.

   First class food , all of our lamb dishes were mouth wateringly scrumptious. Prices are very competitive and the wine list is very good. Service is attentive and friendly without being intrusive. It was my husband's birthday, I didn't ask them to do anything but they overheard us talking and they presented him with a pistachio ice cream with a candle and sung to him. A lovely touch that added to a perfect evening. I would say the Antler is suited to a range of people from groups of friends to couples who want an intimate candle lit meal. Fabulous 💕

   Everything was perfect! The food was delicious the restaurant had a really welcoming atmosphere. The staff were great! Highly recommend.

    Another great night. Excellent food, lovely bottle of Farmers Blonde and a great bottle of red wine. All of the staff are delightful, friendly, warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. It’s a fantastic little restaurant which delivers outstanding food. Can’t recommend it highly enough. Great value for money too.
