    This was our second visit to the establishment. Our first visit was outstanding, this visit unfortunately was only fair. Our waitress (we were seated in the bar) was over-tasked which affected our service. The high-top table in the bar is too small for a full dinner. We will definitely request a regular table next time. The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is great, and the food is high quality, so we still recommend you try this restaurant if you've never been. I recommend the house salad (with house dressing) and bread pudding!

    Only issue that we had with our overall experience is that it was very cold in the restaurant. The service and the food were very good! Just wished the restaurant had been warmer, so the meal would have been much more enjoyable.

    Another great date night at Angry Donkey. My husband and I both had the Beef Wellington with holiday green beans and the house salad. For dessert, we shared an order of Donkey Balls which is 2 chocolate balls of a fudge like consistency with some fresh berries and whipped cream. It was a lovely dinner and our waiter was very attentive. We loved seeing their beautiful real Christmas tree as you entered the restaurant and we could see it from where we were seated as well. It can be a bit chilly in the restaurant so I would highly recommend wearing a sweater or jacket.

    The 20oz porter house was perfect. We also had the spinach & artichoke dip & the biscuits & apple butter appetizers--delicious! The pumpkin pie cheesecake was awesome as well!

    I had family in town and I wanted to show them our little hidden jewel. We enjoyed the pan fried chicken, the vegetable medley, and the meatloaf. We had to get the amazing bread pudding and of course the donkey balls. They were completely impressed with everything about the Angry Donkey. They can’t wait to visit again.

    The Lake Wrie Walleye accompanied by Parmesan Potatoes and a house salad were amazing. Server was very good but on the slow side. Restaurant was extremely busy as there was a large party in the back room tonight.

    We always enjoy our experience at The Angry Donkey. Food is delicious and service outstanding. Highly recommend, make sure to get a reservation, it’s usually packed.

    Well we enjoyed Angry Donkey so much the first time, we came back to try something else. Both my husband and I had their roasted prime rib dinner. It included mashed potatoes, sauteed vegetables, and house salad with their version of poppy seed dressing. Loved it! And we will be back many more times. The food here is so good.
