Angelena's is an Italian concept in Pensacola, Florida.

Chef Gillette’s menu brings creative, Southern touches to classic Italian cuisine. Handmade pastas, thoughtfully prepared vegetable dishes are served alongside an abundance of Gulf seafood. The dining room’s wood-fired oven lends flavor to everything from Neapolitan-style pizzas to meatballs and desserts. Our wine list curates the extensive Italian wine list, highlighting wines from thirteen different Italian wine-growing regions.

    Our experience was fantastic. Are waitress Payton really made us feel cared for, the food was phenomenal and the prices seemed fair. We will for sure be back

    We had a fantastic evening at Angelina’s to celebrate my sister-in-law’s birthday. We ordered the fried artichoke hearts and oven roasted olives for the table to share. The olives are always a must and now we have begun ordering the artichokes with the delicious dipping sauce. My brother-in-law ordered a wood fired oven pizza as his main and it was cooked perfectly. Mis sister-in-law ordered the pasta sampler, and while each dish was cooked perfectly and was extremely tasty it is a lot of food. To go bag was required. I enjoyed the “majn” entree pasta with meatballs with the spicy Calabrian pepper sauce. It was incredible, very flavorful if you enjoy spicy food. We highly recommend the lemontini martini as well. The cannelonis and limoncello pie for dessert were to die for. But to top our evening off, our young enthusiastic waiter Berkeley made our evening extra special. He was extremely attentive and read our personalities well as we cut up with him a good bit of the evening. We agreed that a somber inattentive waiter can ruin an evening, Berkeley made ours over the top special with lots of laughter. Ask for him on your next visit. Hats off to Angelina’s for a great dining experience.

    Highly recommend Angelena’s! One of our favorite date night spots. Valentine’s day was pretty busy but making reservations a few months in advance was perfect. Wonderful service & food choices. Everything we ordered including appetizers, entrees, sides, and dessert was amazing!

    It was amazing we had a reservation but we showed up early and was able to be seated. Food and staff were amazing.

    Had an excellent time there with my girlfriend on her birthday. Server (unfortunately forgot her name) was very attentive, poured our drinks for us anytime we seemed to be getting low. We had the Mozzarella sticks and Hot Honey Ricotta dip as appetizers and it came out way better than we expected. For our entrees we had the Rigatoni and Meatballs Ala Vodka with spicy sauce added, and the Doppio Ravioli. all our food came out excellent and delicious and would absolutely come back for more. Unfortunately during our service we had our drinks removed from the table when we both went to the bathroom but was promptly fixed with new drinks when we told the server. After that got fixed we got Tiramisu as her desert and it was one of the better ones I've had in the area. Overall an awesome experience for her birthday with the slight mishap on our drinks being taken. Will absolutely be coming back for more.

    We went for the Great Southern Restaurant week where they showcase a special menu and I was so excited and was so let down. Appetizers were pretty good. Drink was good. But the entrees…. So so sad. Got chicken piccata with orzo and there were no capers. Just tasted like plain fried chicken in way too much flour. And the orzo cream tasted like nothing but flour. My husband got the ricotta gnocchi and I was excited for that too, but unfortunately, no ricotta taste or ricotta. The gnocchi were soft and delicious, but the sauce tasted like tomato soup, not spaghetti marinara. Dessert was average. Not fantastic, but not bad.
