Amici Italian Restaurant, located on the corner of A1A and 312, has been part of the St. Augustine community for over 20 years. In 2020, local Award-winning Chef Freddy Underhill and his wife, Jennifer, purchased Amici with the hopes of carrying on it's legacy. However, 6 days in, they were shut down for dine-in service due to COVID-19. The new owners were motivated and are proud to have remained open to serve St. Augustine and the many visitors travelling through each year. Best known for their traditional Italian-American classics like lasagna, parmigiana and alfredo, locals love the Pancetta Candita (aka Candied Bacon) and the Boozy Tiramisu. Don't miss the best kept secrets though! Regulars love the 16+ oz. USDA Prime Ribeye and the Award-Winning Celery Datil Soup. Only three miles south of the historic district, Amici has plenty of parking and loves entertaining large parties. They are family-owned and operated and love to host other families!

My husband & I had the eggplant parmesan & it was delicious. The portion was so large we brought some of it home. It was a limited menu but this was exactly what we were looking for. We made our reservation late & had to be seated in the bar. We had a cozy table & excellent service. We have been coming to this restaurant for years.

Wow! We had such a wonderful memorable dinner! It brought us back to our visits to Amici’s 10 years ago. Ambience, service, food excellent. Thank you for a wonderful evening with our family!

There online menu info for location was completely incorrect. Lots of items are no longer there. Food was subpar for price, tasted like everything was frozen for awhile as well as the tomato sauce didn't have much flavor to it. Server was nice place itself was decent as well as friendly staff but food was nothing as expected.

We had a 5:30 reservation when we walked in it was total chaos everyone looked like they had no clue what was happening. We were seated placed our order for salad and entrees. After a while we received the salads and before long realized it’s been almost an hour and no dinner. We were scheduled to do a night of lights tour at 8:00 pm and needed to be out of the restaurant by 7:15. I asked for all of our dinners to be wrapped to go. Still waited another 15 minutes for that. It seems that they completely forgot to drop our food order and then became rude when I questioned what was going on. Never an apology just attitude does not seem like a good way to do business if you would like someone to give you another chance!!! Also FYI they do not have a baby changing station. I will say the food was decent when we ate it the next day but personally I would never return because of the poor attitude.
