    Great ambience, no food and wine pairing unless requested. Directions into the facility and into the restaurant were no as straight forward at night. Interesting food selections and great cocktails.

    The elegant atmosphere at the American Bounty restaurant where servers, chefs and all staff are students, is reinforced by the imaginative, well-prepared food. At lunch recently the only disappointment was rather small entrées; the imaginative salads were more than generously sized
