El Amada es un bar de tapas y restaurante andaluz donde el chef José Garcés adopta las ricas tradiciones de la gastronomía española, mientras que incorpora técnicas de cocina de vanguardia en un entorno precioso, rústico y chic. Especialidades de la Casa son el pulpo español, camarones al ajillo, tortilla española, paella de langosta, lechón entero rostizado (debe ser pedido con 72 horas de anticipación, excepto los domingos) y sangrías de temporada. Fiestas privadas: el Amada recibe grupos de todos tamaños. Una atmósfera festiva, el servicio y los menús son perfectos para cenas íntimas con amigos, ocasiones especiales y fiestas, reuniones corporativas y fiestas de staff. Los eventos pueden ser reservados en todo el restaurante y en nuestros comedores privados siete días a la semana. We have been here a few times and we usually order the chef’s selection which is the best way to try many different tapas from the menu. Great restaurant, great service and great tasting food.

Amada Philly exceeded all expectations! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern elegance. The service was impeccable—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. Now, the food—absolutely phenomenal! Every dish was bursting with flavor, perfectly prepared, and beautifully presented. The jamón ibérico, gambas al ajillo, and pulpo a la gallega were standouts, but honestly, everything we tried was exceptional. The paella was rich, aromatic, and perfectly cooked, and the selection of Spanish wines complemented the meal flawlessly. Whether you’re looking for an intimate date night, a celebratory dinner, or just an unforgettable dining experience, Amada Philly is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Our sever was not the nicest. When I asked about the Sunday night special she was rude and I did not like her tone when she said it was not available. Then we got the wrong drink and she argued with us that it was correct. And then finally decided to take it back. At that point we were going to leave, but we were able to order something else. She did not apologize on either occasion. It left a bad taste in in our mouth for coming back to your establishment. We came from Delaware looking forward to this and this spoiled our experience
