Located in the heart of Westman Village in Mahogany, we are Calgary's favourite venue for live jazz, dancing, amazing food and drinks.

We are open Tuesday to Thursday at 5:00pm until late Friday to Sunday at 4:00pm to late with live entertainment every night. Come enjoy our Sunday Jazzy Brunch 10:00am to 2:00pm. Enjoy our fabulous Happy Hour from Tuesday to Thursday 5:00pm to 6:00pm and Friday to Sunday 4:00pm to 6:00pm.

Our calamari was overcooked and the chicken was very dry. Deserts were great! Service was fantastic.

We have been Going to Alvin’s as a Christmas family tradition for years. This time unfortunately, it was a very bad experience and was not dealt with properly (service issues) I’m not sure that will go back after this. Unfortunate for sure. Tried to call to explain and no one picks up the phone.

I was so happy with the food and entertainment. We were in no rush when we were at Alvin's but the wait for our meals was longer than expected. This is definitely not for those in a rush.

Alvin’s Jazz Club is incredible, as always! The food is excellent, the service is top-notch, and the ambiance makes for a great night out. But what really makes this place special is the live music. It adds so much energy and personality to the experience. If you’re going, try to catch a night when Barry Shaw is playing—he’s absolutely fantastic and takes the whole vibe to another level.

Took my partner here for an anniversary date. We enjoyed the music and the dessert. The jazz ambience makes you feel like you’re being transported to the 1930s. Absolutely recommend for special occasions!

Our favourite place for date night, birthdays and bringing others. Ambience is always wonderful, the staff are all amazing and the food is delicious. Entertainment is always a nice treat! We especially love Barry Shaw.

Amazing experience! Food was incredible and the music was amazing. Love that the band mixed in some Christmas music. We will definitely be going back!!

Great ambience, shows start after 7 so we were not able to experience it having a table booked at 4:45 Drinks were great, appetizers are good but we had stomach issues after having the short rib and the gnocchi and had to go home early :(

It wa my first time and was a little bit disappointing. The food was really good, good portions and taste, however I think the menu it's a little bit to short. I think it would be amazing if they add more options. The music was really good as well. The service was really slow, the dinner took us 3hrs. Not sure if is for the holiday season but we had to wait a lot between plates.
