Went to dinner for another date night. Parking lot is small so you may have to park far and walk. Got inside and we had to wait 15 minutes even though we had a reservation because there were no tables available. So I assume they are not managing their dining room properly. There was outside eating, but I had a reservation for inside. Food was amazing. Service was good. Aside from the reservation issue and having to wait not a bad experience.

Wow! We were skeptical trying a New Mexican restaurant but so happy we did. A’Lu did not disappoint! Great atmosphere, service, and food. We highly recommend you give it a try yourselves. We will be back!!

This is a lovely place with California Mexican rather than southwestern or Tex-Mex. It's upscale with a cool and calm vibe. Service was attentive and the food was very good. The taco selection came in soft shells with a good variety. The Mexican salad had abundant quinoa and avocado with a bit of fruit and crisp lettuce. Their drinks menu was fun, and the service was attentive without being overbearing. I wish the prices were lower. However, this restaurant seems more about quality than quantity.

We went here first a birthday celebration. The food was ok. The cocktails were to sour and the tacos were falling apart. The fish and birria tacos were great but the others were not as good. The service was fantastic and the ambiance was good but if you want good food this is not the one

My husband and I tried the restaurant last night for New Year’s Eve for the first time! The ambience was nice, but our service from our waiter was poor. Forgetful, and not attentive. Our food runner was excellent, he should be a server and constantly had to keep getting things that the waiter forgot! Our drinks from the bar were very good. The music is too loud and it’s too hot to keep a place that gets crowded in Florida at just 75° so the temperature was not that comfortable inside. Our food was good our appetizers. The empanadas were very good, but we asked our waiter for several things such as guacamole, extra salsa and limes and we never got those either. even after he forgot, we asked him again and he still forgot Then I asked for ice and we never got ice either! Overall it was a fair experience!

Fabulous atmosphere; terrific but different Mexican food; well worth the experience. Don't expect the typical Mexican fare!

The patio is one of the best outdoor settings around that is not on the Ocean or Intracoastal. Taco Tuesday and Happy Hour leads to a great value.
