                                                                                  Finding the restaurant after sundown was nearly impossible. There were signs for the “restaurant” pointing in the opposite direction. The restaurant itself was Very poorly marked. The food was very bland. The service was lacking. And the prices were obnoxious for a place where the servers were carrying tables over top of us when we were eating, our table was so tiny everyone’s knees were touching and didn’t even have enough room to have a place mat to ourselves, they were overlapping. The bathrooms left a lot to be desired. The music did not match the atmosphere at all. And our server forgot about us several times. This is not somewhere I would recommend at all. We booked a reservation weeks in advance and were not well accommodated. Very disappointed… oh and did I mention flat water was $9…

                                                                                  The food, service and ambiance are the best on Vancouver Island- and that’s saying something given the quality of restaurants here. A true “hidden gem”. I highly recommend the resort and the restaurant.

                                                                                  The view is wonderful. The food is good. I am a vegan, and I was accommodated, but I think there ought to be vegan choices always available, rather than regular items adjusted. Not very adequate protein alternatives were available. There were some entrees to which meat or seafood or chicken could be added. Why not START with a vegan base, to which animals proteins could be added, or nuts or tofu for vegans?

                                                                                  Very long wait for dinner and dessert . Did not end up finishing the dessert due to the quality. We came up for our 1 year wedding anniversary and we're sadly disappointed by the dinner service.
