There's nothing that quite compares to the experience of sharing a meal.

The Raclette Grill & Fondue Combo is designed for a fun and delicious family dinner.
A variety of foods can be cooked at one time, opening up the door for creativity and encouraging entertaining.
While food sizzles under the grill, meat or vegetables can be searing on top, and a bubbling pot of beef broth is ready and waiting for you and your guests to dip in their creations.

Join us for a unique private Gondola Dining Experience, located on the back patio of Alpenrose Restaurant in Vail, CO.

Our gondola cabins were recruited in South Tyrol, shipped to Austria for interior design and improvements, to the Black Forest for the final touches on the outside and after a long journey eventually found its way to Vail, CO.

Nuestra mesera y la comida excelente, pero cuando terminamos de Comer estábamos esperando nuestro shuttle y una mesera llamada Mara se portó muy grosera queriéndonos sacar al frío a esperar afuera, al igual que la chica de la recepción ellas dos pésima actitud

The gondola is amazing experience. We had so much fun to sitting with just our family and having excellent food & European ambience.

The gondola experience was great! They are beautifully decorated with an eclectic touch. The food was decent, but honestly not what I expected for what I paid. We cooked the food ourselves on the grill inside the gondola, which was a nice experience, but the flavor was not there. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Getting to sit in the gondola was a cool experience. However, me and my fiancé were not a fan of the food. For the cost of the experience, we were definitely expecting a little bit more. The food lacked flavor, and no seasonings were provided. Also, as a plus size woman I don’t feel as though the gondola seating arrangement is plus size friendly. Just a friendly heads up for anyone who may be plus size and thinking about booking a reservation. I was able to sit, but was pretty uncomfortable.

What a fun experience…dinner in a gondola. My daughter and I enjoyed the entire experience. Hendrick was our waiter and he gave us outstanding service. I’d highly recommend!

:) Got a little smokey from the grill inside the gondola about halfway through. Nothing that could not be fixed by our amazing host / server in cracking each window and turning on the small box heater to balance the warmth! Very unique & fun experience, thank you Alpenrose Team!

Cool concept but food was subpar service was not that great we had to go find the waitress to pay the bill. And for price it’s not worth doing in my opinion.

Overpriced for the type of food. Gondola’s blankets were dirty and gondola was smelly. I got oil in pants (buttocks) from seating on dirty blankets. Waitress was not polite either. Bad experience for the price.

We had the best time doing fondue and roulette in the gondolas! It was so fun and we would 100% do it again!
