Service staff and our Server Kayla was fantastic. The food was all hot, tasty, good portions. 1 issue, the carbonara was over salted by a lot. Let the staff know. I don’t know if this is an anomaly or just poor quality control. We finished with a fantastic dessert.

Not great Italian food. Cheese and meat platter was an uninspired mess. The Carbonara was mediocre at best, I have never had Carbonara made with Penne pasta before, not good. The only reason to eat here is if you are staying at the Ritz.

Most the food was good (avoid the Carbonara, it’s basically rigatoni in a cream sauce). Great pizza, meatballs & olive oil cake. No hostess available to greet us upon arrival and bartenders ignored us. Dinner service was polite but very slow. And overall, rather expensive for the offering.

Outstanding service! Ester was our sever and was attentive and also a fantastic bartender! I had the fish of the day (Mahi) which was delicious. The cheese cake was fantastic.

Valarie was out waitress and she was so awesome and helpful! We loved talking with her and she was very attentive and made sure we always had everything we needed! If you find yourself at Alloro ask for Valarie !
