The new All Water Seafood & Oyster Bar, which is located on the site of what was a tackle & bait shop in 1936, draws inspiration from the materials and tools once sold there. It celebrates Seattle's maritime industry, from the portraits of fishermen and articulated shelves to the fresh seafood highlighting the best of the Pacific Northwest. The rustic materials draw from the simplicity of fishing boats, incorporating worn white-washed wood, metal, and simple white brick.

La comida no tenía nada que ver con lo publicado en la página web. El pescado estaba muy cocido y los camareros no tenían ni idea cómo servir. No vale el precio que sale Los alcauciles venía con ingredientes como nueces y almendras y vino con zapallo

Estaba con mucha expectativa. Las opiniones eran buenas. La verdad es un lugar muy normal. La comida es buena. No deliciosa . El menú es muy limitado y pobre

Celebrated our 30 Anniversary in Seattle. The scallop and shrimp risotto were amazing. Topped off the meal with salted Carmel Cheesecake. Jessi did an amazing job explaining the menu and taking care of us. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Food was excellent, and our waitress was energetic and personable and a delight to have while eating dinner. We felt the whole staff was attentive to the table and we were really satisfied by the service

We had breakfast here while staying at the attached hotel. Though some reviews say breakfast service is slow, that wasn’t our experience. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and personable. They took their time with us even though the dining room was full. Our food was as expected at this price point. I’d avoid a booth, though, because the tables are wobbly and the foot bars slip and are hard to manage with heels.

In all we had a disappointing Valentine's Day dinner at All Water. The food was basically enjoyable and our Server was very pleasant, but mistakes were made and in all we weren't left with an experience of excellence and the desire to go back - especially at the price. One example: if you pay $60 for a beef short rib over polenta with charred broccolini, you could rightfully expect something that in some way exceeds what you make at home. The short rib was tasty and tender, but typical, and the polenta was dry and grainy. And the charred broccolini was not the slightest bit charred. Disappointing.

Spent valentines night dinner there. Service was perfect. Super friendly, attentive, kept water filled. Daisy was our waitress I believe and she was great. Unfortunately the food fell far short for the price. The carpaccio tasted good but it’s so thinly sliced that you cannot pick it up with silverware. You have to scoop it up like a paste with bread. The avocado salad is just chopped up avocado, mozzarella, tomato, and mushroom with balsamic drizzled over it. I had to e salmon. It was very flavorful and well seasons, also cooked perfectly. My wife had the risotto and she said it was good not great plus only comes with 3 scallops and 2 shrimp. If they were not so expensive I would give them a better review but overall $300 falls short of that.

Excellent menu and the waitstaff is incredible. Go there for special occasions or just because you want seafood.

The scallops and prawns risotto dish was amazing, as was the service. However, the temperature inside the restaurant was a bit chilly, especially when customers entered from the street-side door. Since the outside temperature was in the 30s, it may have been better to direct customers to the hotel-side door when entering the restaurant.
