Alice B. restaurant and bar from award-winning chefs Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken combines Southern California’s incredible seasonal bounty with Mediterranean-leaning flavors. The culinary vision is a collaborative effort between Feniger, Milliken and acclaimed Executive Chef Lance Velasquez.

This unique dining experience is located at Living Out, a luxury resort-style LGBTQ+ active senior community surrounded by spectacular mountain views. Inspired by the extraordinary life of Alice B. Toklas and her life partner Gertrude Stein, the restaurant establishes a vibrant space where culinary excellence, art, and community converge seamlessly.

We offer indoor & outdoor seating, plus bar seating. Dinner starts at 5PM. Bar menu starts at 4PM. Join us for Brunch on Sat & Sun from 10AM - 2PM & live music on select nights.

Mary Sue Milliken & Susan Feniger are the founders of Mundo Hospitality Group, including Border Grill, Pacha Mamas, BBQ Mexicana, SOCALO, and most recently Alice B.

Delight in new breakfast and lunch favorites such as Croque Madame Flatbread with a silky mornay sauce, Green Shakshuka topped with perfectly poached eggs and fresno chile for a bit of a kick, or Strawberry Crunch Pancakes with a crave-worthy strawberry crunch topping. Pair your meal with classic brunch stalwarts like Mimosas and Bloody Marys or signature cocktails such as Alice's Amaro Spritz with fresh pink grapefruit juice and our Carajillo with espresso for an uplifting boost. All fantastic options for a refreshing start to your weekend. Alice B. is now open every Saturday and Sunday for weekend brunch.

Had a fabulous experience and meal at Alice B’s for a birthday. The ambience and space were lovely - premium but quiet and effortless. The waitstaff were equally refined, understated and wonderfully friendly. And the food was exceptional especially for the desert where true metropolitan dining experiences are honestly far and few between in a sea of otherwise tourist-centric establishments which this is anything but. Chicory salad, fried green tomato special, chicken cutlet, duck leg - all phenomenal and cant wait to come back. Honestly couldn’t recommend it more. And famed LA chef and co owner Susan Fenniger was onsite saying hello to everyone - a real treat!

Great service, delicious food. Need I say more. The owner even came around to each table to see how are meal was!

The food and atmosphere are always wonderful. We had a great meal with friends, met the owner, and met the Chef. All amazing people. We will be back!

This is the best overall restaurant in Pl Springs. The service, menu options, food are all on point. A just enjoyable experience.

In town for the Thanksgiving holiday and wanted to stop by to try this place and it did not disappoint! Service was excellent all around. Do yourself a big favor and make sure to order the cheddar biscuits—best biscuit I’ve ever had and apparently they sell out daily. We also enjoyed the toasted nuts, marinated olives and the short rib tortellini. We liked this place so much that we’re planning to come back again before heading home to try some of the other things on the menu that sounded so good (and you better believe we’re gonna get those biscuits again!!).
