The atmosphere at Alexandria Bier Garden is nice. I question the decor is they are trying to emulate a German Bier Garden. Our waitress was adorable and was attentive. The food was good but a few issues. The jagerschnitzel was okay. Came out hot but the mushroom gravy that came with it needed to be gravy. It was quite gelatinous which should not be the case. It should be smooth and able to pour on the schnitzel. That was not the case. The fries were a little undercooked. Not everything was okay. Some things were great. The beer, the potato pancakes and the sauerkraut were awesome. Would I recommend? Yes. Could have been an off night.

Cute decor. Should carpet the floor under the games on the stage. It's really loud when Jenga falls or someone unloads the Connect Four. Middle of October - out of Oktoberfest beer and out of Debreziner sausage. German restaurant - hard to find the German food on the menu. Why are there tacos, empanadas, skewers with tzatziki? Is this a German restaurant or international? I had to search the entire menu to find this German food listed - Spaetzle!

We had the more traditional German food. Chicken Schnitzel, Jaegerschnitzel, and Bratwurst. The beer selection was good. The food is good but it seemed the oil had not been changed. The potato pancakes tasted good but were almost black. The schnitzels were also good, but just a little greasy. The atmosphere was good and so was the serivce. Overall it was an good experience, I just wished there was a little more attention paid to the food.

Nice place to watch the Championship game for Euro2024. I think TVs can be better and bigger for a place like this.... Wings were very heavy, fried too much almost black. Cauliflower was good! On the other beer was very good!!! The restaurant added service charge to total which includes tax even 2 people.

For people hoping for authentic German cuisine: not a lot on the menu. Decent all around, but surprisingly lacking distinction from any other touristy night life spot.

Bier was great and only sampled from the menu, but the fired Jalapeño & Pickles was great, their Pretzel could have been hadn't it not been so stale. Also, they had a live band after 9p, which was nice, but the structure of the building made it so loud you couldn't have a conversation. Some prefer that, we didn't and left after thr band began playing. Overall a great addition to Old Town just a few minor preferences not met.
