Albert's Standish is a stunning restaurant and bar which also has a private dining room and 2 private event spaces. The restaurant space can accommodate dining for 200 guests and a fabulous covered and heated outside dining terrace perfect for alfresco dining.

The venue has ample car parking and provides a picturesque environment for dining. The menu includes traditional British favourites like home-made Lancashire Cheese and Onion Pie as well as cuisine inspired by the family’s travels around the world.

The restaurant is open Tuesday - Sunday for lunch and dinner, Saturdays and Sundays are also open for breakfast.

Alberts Standish offers three unique spaces for all types of events from weddings, corporate dinners and presentations to private parties. The spaces accommodate anything between 20 and 250 guests. We offer a wide range of menus specially created by our chefs and inspired by the seasons using only the finest of ingredients. Flooded by natural daylight, all our spaces and the rooms are versatile and as equally suited to private parties and celebrations as they are to networking events, lunches and dinners. We offer a full event planning service and every event is tailor made for you. We can arrange all aspects for your event and provide all the finishing touches to make your event perfect.

Lovely meal the food was amazing as usual however we were a little disappointed with some of the service. I hadn't finished eating when a waitress lent across my plate, as I was leaning forward to take a mouthful of food, to collect my empty glass. We found this rather intrusive on our meal.

Amazing first time visit.ive already booked to come back. Had the Malaysian chicken...delicious and the sticky toffee pudding was divine. Highly recommended

3rd year visiting at Christmas and not as good as previously experienced. Waited for the table for 20 mins after booking in advance and the was told a text had been sent to my phone after checking in at the desk beforehand. Didn't actually take phone as was in company and find it a bit rude to use. Was very busy and the service was exceptional. My meal was really good but my wife's was very bland( don't want to elaborate on which meals as our opinions only and to not deter others). Atmosphere good,regular checkbacks by staff. Would like to suggest that a separate area be available if possible for dining customers as took a while to be served at the bar and did feel I was on a lads night out rather than on a dinning experience. Would be a nice touch especially at busy times for your door staff to open doors for customers rather than roaming around the restaurant area looking menacing. Thank you.
