Our island is full of stories, none more inviting than the one told by the dish in front of you. Known for its modern take on Hawaiian comfort fare, Alaia embraces the community through its support of nearby Mauka Farms, telling their story through every plate, bite, and sip. Using unique, native produce such as apple bananas, Moloka'i sweet potatoes and tomatoes from Pele, a third generation farmer, our culinary team works in tune with the seasons. At Alaia we reap the bounty from the mauka to the makai, working with hand-selected fruits and vegetables from our farm to your table. We let the quality and simplicity of the ingredients speak for themselves. And we love what they have to say.

Celebrate New Year's Eve in an intimate setting with the family at Alaia, the signature restaurant of The Ritz-Carlton Oʻahu, Turtle Bay. In addition to our nightly menu, enjoy a delectable prix fixe dinner inspired by locally sourced ingredients, including produce from our own on-property, sustainable 468-acre farm. Prix fixe price per adult is $145 plus tax and gratuity. Children are $72 plus tax and gratuity. Parties of 6 or more will be charged a service charge of 19%. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions without 72-hour advanced notice.

Bread was just okay. Beet salad was disappointing, consisted almost entirely of arugula - just a few chunks and shavings of beets. Had to ask if this was actually the beet salad!! Mahi mahi tasted nice, but wasn’t served warm. Husband enjoyed his mushroom pasta. Choices of wine by the glass weren’t especially impressive. Elderly mother-in-law initially sat with us and ordered wine, but almost immediately had to be taken to her room due to illness. Despite not touching her wine at all, it was not taken off our bill. Poor form.

Everything was amazing! I was celebrating my birthday, and the staff was so welcoming. What an atmosphere! I had a patio table with a beautiful view of the sunset. The experience was everything I was hoping for.

THOMAS was a great server!! Friendly, kind, knowledgeable and made our anniversary dinner an A+ experience. We live on island and after last night’s amazing dinner, we now have a new favorite restaurant on Oahu. We will definitely be back and request Thomas.

We sat outside on the terrace and had a fabulous view of the sunset. The food was excellent. I had the lobster and my husband had the my my beautiful and romantic.

This place is beautiful! From the drinks, appetizers and amazing entrees oh and don’t forget the unforgettable desserts. Everything was wonderful!

Wait time was terrible, we sat down at 6:00pm with a prefixed menu and didn’t leave until 8:45pm. Service and help was outstanding but getting the food from the kitchen to the table took 1 1/2 for the main course which was a rolled turkey slice with dressing. By the time the dessert was supposed to be served they were out of the menu selection. It seemed as though the kitchen was understaffed and disorganized for this Thanksgiving event.
