El restaurante FRANK se localiza convenientemente en el 1er piso y cuenta con acceso desde la Dundas Street, y es un espacio diseñado por Frank Gehry. El restaurante es elegante y casual, cuenta con muebles daneses modernos con cubiertas de acrílico de infinidad de colores vibrantes. Cristales grabados y la decoración en madera de abeto de Douglas, engalanan el lugar. Located in a nice spot, the food was rushed and didn’t taste very good. The wine pairings did not at all match the food. It felt more like there were novice chefs and staff designing a menu that was not cohesive and it did not taste very good. The scallops taste fishy with too much vinegar and hard celery root that really made no sense. The black cod was undercooked. One thing that did taste good was the parson of purée and the beluga lentils. We barely had our coats off and were being served. It felt like a cafeteria. One of the wine pairings was a 2007 Pinot Noir and it was obvious the wine was not treated properly as there was no taste, and it needed to be decanted and aired out. The tip was already included in the price of the dinner so there was no way to Tip based on service. Overall, the meal did not taste very good, most staff worked like an assembly line, and the wine pairing was really disappointing. Also for $45 it was 3 three ounce glasses of wine that were once again rushed on us. I would not return.

Overall is good. However, it's mysterious that we got complimentary AGO tickets of the day when we arrived at the restaurant at 8pm. They never mentioned about this on the website when we made our reservation. The Gallery closed at 9 which means we wouldn’t be able to use them! I asked if they can extend it to another day but the answer was negative. Then why gave us tickets that couldn’t be used to cause disappointment?! 😡

Went here for the Valentine's day dinner, and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. The dining room was very comfortable, service was fantastic and the food was great. Plenty of options for pescatarians as well. We were also pleasantly surprised that the dinner came with 2 admissions to the gallery!

We had a group get together here. Staff were very helpful and provided two tables of 6 each for our group next to each other. They also coordinated our meals and bills etc so we finished together . The food and service were both excellent and we had a thoroughly enjoyable outing . Some members of your group visited the AGO and the Gift Shop to round out the event .

Really inatrentive staff. I felt like I was at a culinary school not a finer dining restaurant. Food started well but got progressively worse. But the service really left something to be desired. This is my fourth or fifth time eating here and I think it’s my last.

Good food, friendly service, but some problems with the bill not having the correct amounts. We were told by the server that the AGO member discount of 10% applied to Winterlicious menu items, but it turned out not to be. Because of that, there is no real price difference between the "special" Winterlicious prices and the normal prix fixe prices.
