We had the conservatory all to ourselves overlooking the lovely courtyard which suited us with two young children who can be a bit noisy. There were a good selection of different teas to try and free flowing, the scones were my favourite as they were fresh and still warm! All in all a lovely afternoon thank you!

Lovely Hotel! Beautiful setting. And amazing afternoon we arrived earlier then planned for our afternoon tea but was all ready for us. The staff at the hotel was amazing and so kind honestly couldn’t do enough for us! My Nan and mum had an amazing day and would definitely go back! Thank you everyone for an amazing afternoon!

We went into a room with sofas an no one else around! No atmosphere at all! Room was stuffy and hot! I was at least expecting to sit at a table... food was really poor... few finger sandwich’s dry scones An shop brought cakes... very poor!!

Beautiful location, the afternoon tea food selection was delicious and the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The only thing we found was that the chairs in the conservatory where we were seated were uncomfortable.

Lovely setting, helped by perfect weather for sitting outside. A little disappointed to overhear that the waiting staff had finished their shift leaving the table full of dirty crockery and leftovers. We wanted more drinks and had to go and find the receptionist to serve us. Overall good but a little more attention to detail would make it great. If we had been told the waiting staff were finishing it would have been helpful.

Could have been better, table to low near the ground, had to bend down to pick up tea, food and cutlery. To far away to have a private chat with friends.

We were seated in the conservatory and felt forgotten , had to track down staff for a tea top up and service was not as good as it could have been. Food was nice, bill was wrong.

The tea was disappointing. The egg sandwiches were delicious, nice fresh bread and good filling. However the ham sandwich had dry bread and limited filling. The scones were dry and the cakes uninteresting as they were virtually three variations of sponge cake, Victoria, chocolate and carrot with a lemon mousse. I do not like sponge cake and would have hoped for say small eclairs or tartlets. For these reasons I could not recommend the tea.
