On Wednesday, February 26, from 7-10 p.m., Michelin-starred Chef David Myers, the Gypsy Chef™, presents an exquisite multi-course menu thoughtfully paired with California’s finest wines from the prestigious Frank Family Vineyards portfolio. Begin the evening with Artichokes Alla Romana, elegantly paired with the 2019 Frank Family “Rouge” Sparkling Rosé from Los Carneros, setting the tone for a night of balance and sophistication. Next, experience a choice of bright and delicate flavors with Grouper Crudo with lemon vinaigrette, citrus segments, jalapeño and sumac, or Heirloom Tomatoes with burrata, smoked olive oil and crispy quinoa — both complemented by the 2019 Frank Family Chardonnay from Los Carneros, known for its flavors of ripe mango, pineapple and a delicate hint of jasmine blossom. For the main course, guests can choose between two expertly crafted entrées: Prime Rib Eye (6 oz) with herb chermoula, wild mushrooms and herb butter, or Grilled Red Snapper with pepper and quinoa caponata and arugula salad. Each dish is perfectly paired with the 2021 Frank Family Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley, a beautifully complex and classically styled wine perfumed with aromas of sweet blackberries, violets and vanilla to enhance the depth of the dishes. To complete the indulgent experience, savor Mare Baklava, a delightful blend of walnut ice cream and pistachio sponge, delivering a sweet, nutty finish to the evening.
