The service was appalling. Five members of staff served us, in this case too many cooks spoil the broth. The main problem is no coordination between service and kitchen. My partner asked for no egg on his main. His food was served tepid with the egg. The waiter tested the temperature of the food by placing his hand on the food. Obviously not trained. Food was replaced 2 minutes later (I hope it was not microwaved). I was still waiting for my main course. My main course was then served to the couple beside us, and then served to me. We can finished our food by the time the side of green beans arrived. Appalling service. Staff need to be trained.

The food was very good, the staff were extremely friendly but the service was very slow and the food was a bit overpriced

Food was 10/10, service was a little slow but for a holiday weekend it’s sort of to be expected. I would highly recommend. Wait staff were great, very friendly!

Achara is a lovely place, great atmosphere and lovely ambience. Staff were excellent and despite being very busy when we arrived, were extremely kind and very professional with handling our booking. Food was very tasty, as were the cocktails.!! The recommendations given to us were wonderful and we had a lovely experience there. Definitely going back.

From the outset our waiter was obnoxious. I’m so shocked at his attitude I’m surprised he is working in the hospitality industry.

Poor service. Waiting almost 40 minutes past reservation time for a menu. Then an additional 20 to be seen to order.

Really disappointing experience. We had wanted to try this restaurant for ages and booked for Valentines day a month in advance. The night before our booking we were sent a message saying a set menu is all that would be served. The set menu was very limited and lacked many of the dishes we had been wanting to try. The staff seemed uninformed about the dishes on the menu when we asked for recommendations and information about allergens. The food was hit and miss, for starters we had chicken wings and monkfish ceviche - the wings were extremely oily however the ceviche was nice. For mains we had Wagyu Basil Chilli Beef Krapao - which was bland and gritty and the Beef Shin Panang which was very tasty. Overall, I wouldn't be recommending it to a friend and wouldn't return.

Unreal food! The short ribs are to die for and could eat them every day! Servers were also next level!
