97 West Kitchen and Bar features three private dining rooms, offering a delicious variety of elevated Texas cuisines. Our largest private dining room seats up to 54 guests while the other two accommodate up to 10 guests each. All of our private dining rooms offer a rustic-luxe ambience perfect for any celebration, event or special occasion. Additionally, 97 West Kitchen and Bar offers two unique Chef’s Table experiences, complete with fully customizable menus and beverage pairings. Our indoor Chef’s Table option seats up to 12 guests at a custom-made table in direct view of the exhibition kitchen, which allows for one-on-one interactions with Chef Grant. The outdoor Chef’s Table option seats up to 14 guests and is located along Marine Creek under a beautiful pergola and crystal chandelier, surrounded by lush greenery and our herb garden.

Fireside Sundays invite you to experience the magic of the Stockyards’ favorite holiday destination with delicious offerings from 97 West Kitchen & Bar. Cost: $150/couple + tax + gratuity. A $50 deposit is required for booking, final payment due in restaurant. Perfect for a romantic date night or a festive gathering, this unique experience takes place at a semi-private fire pit. Note that while reservations are designed for two, you may share the cozy atmosphere with others. Fue desayuno, así que al iniciar esperábamos un buen café, pero no, pésimo el café 5 dlls por un café diluido, pero al llegar la comida si valía la pena, nos gustó bastante, muy bien servido y la comida con buen sabor. Conclusión no pedir café

We had a variety of dishes and each was delicious. Filet, ribs, fish, and the burger. We will definitely return when meeting friends in FW. My husband said the only problem is he is never going to try anything else on the menu because the burger was “that good”.

Amazing brunch experience. Love this restaurant and the food was delicious as usual. Our server was so pleasant. Attentive and so friendly. Food was delicious and beautifully presented.

Drinks and service were fine. Some of the worst food (2 different meals for 2 people) we’ve ever eaten. The hotel was amazing, but they desperately need a food and beverage director and chef overhaul.

This place is the real deal. Service was insanely awesome. The restaurant itself is unbelievably amazing. Now let’s get to the most important part…The food. Insanely delicious bacon with jalapeño cornbread then followed up with the ranch hand breakfast holy wow! Overall 10/10 recommend to even your enemies in life.

Overall our whole meal felt incredibly rushed. We ordered an app which came out in a blink of an eye. Then a salad to share and an entree to share. Our food all came out at once and the tiny table we were sat at in the bar even though we had a dinner reservation could barely fit our plates. Love the look of the restaurant. Food is good not great and always feels incredibly rushed.

Our server was very professional and extremely knowledgeable of the menu. The food wasn't as good as I was expecting, but the service made up for it. Will definitely try it again and choose different menu selections.
