97 West Kitchen and Bar features three private dining rooms, offering a delicious variety of elevated Texas cuisines. Our largest private dining room seats up to 54 guests while the other two accommodate up to 10 guests each. All of our private dining rooms offer a rustic-luxe ambience perfect for any celebration, event or special occasion. Additionally, 97 West Kitchen and Bar offers two unique Chef’s Table experiences, complete with fully customizable menus and beverage pairings. Our indoor Chef’s Table option seats up to 12 guests at a custom-made table in direct view of the exhibition kitchen, which allows for one-on-one interactions with Chef Grant. The outdoor Chef’s Table option seats up to 14 guests and is located along Marine Creek under a beautiful pergola and crystal chandelier, surrounded by lush greenery and our herb garden.

First time in and had breakfast. Went with the tacos steak and egg (maybe a little more sauce, salt as a rec) and brisket hash. Also had Lone Star Benedict. Cappuccino and latte to start were solid. Service was quick and great shout out to Bryson our waiter.

An amazing holiday brunch and every corner of the hotel is gorgeous!! Our Drover Christmas was special! Brycen took excellent care of us. Just amazing!

Lovely experience, all the way around. Their Christmas brunch was fantastic, the service was wonderful, and the hotel was beautifully decorated. Would love to go again in the future.

Overall, an excellent experience! We went to the Christmas day brunch today. The experience was overall very impressive. The drinks and the foods were well presented and very flavorful. Definitely one of the top-tier restaurants in Fort Worth!

Fixed menu Christmas Eve dinner, our first time dining here. Ordered the surf and turf, medium on the steak. First steak and lobster pieces came out charred and over cooked on the filet and overcooked on lobster pieces. Menu didn’t indicate beets and asparagus were also included with the entree, only sweet potatoes. Temperature of the proteins was warm at best while the asparagus was perfect. Our server was very attentive and exchanged the entree, second try was better however the proteins were still moderately warm. The manager on duty stopped by our table and was very attentive and understanding. Offered us a complimentary bottle of wine for the subpar meal. I think for a Christmas Eve/day meal it should’ve been much better. Not sure I’d recommend it in the future.

The food was along the lines of a banquet or wedding reception. I was the only thing colder than the food. Staff rushed our meal in what appeared to be an effort to turn over tables quickly. The room was so loud we could not speak amongst our table mate’s. Pretty environment that was opulently decorated
