Our largest private dining room seats up to 54 guests while the other two accommodate up to 10 guests each. All of our private dining rooms offer a rustic-luxe ambience perfect for any celebration, event or special occasion. Additionally, 97 West Kitchen and Bar offers two unique Chef’s Table experiences, complete with fully customizable menus and beverage pairings. Our indoor Chef’s Table option seats up to 12 guests at a custom-made table in direct view of the exhibition kitchen, which allows for one-on-one interactions with Chef Grant. The outdoor Chef’s Table option seats up to 14 guests and is located along Marine Creek under a beautiful pergola and crystal chandelier, surrounded by lush greenery and our herb garden.

Place is beautiful. Food above average. Very loud and difficult talking across the table. Service was sub-par. Had to ask for everything. Was served coffee and hot tea. No utensils to stir with. Waitstaff not found. Asked another waitstaff for assistance with spoons. They said okay and then we were forgotten. Finally our person came through and I had to stop them. Waited again longer to get spoons and drinks were not hot. Finally received final bill. Not highly recommended based on this time. Hope it does not continue.

Fun place for brunch! Kitschy Texas theme maybe a little overdone but heck it’s the stockyards. Vegetarian options are few, great place for biscuits and bacon and a giant cinnamon roll.

Good food, great atmosphere. We had a reservation for 8:15PM. We didn't get seated until after 8:30PM and there were plenty of empty table so not sure why it took so long. Our table was wobbly, but our server did fix it by placing wedges underneath. It took awhile before even getting water. Overall the Hotel Drover is amazing, but this was the first time we ate at 97 West.

This restaurant is very noisy! It is difficult to converse with anyone at the table. The food came out cold.

Worst meal I have ever had at the Drover. I stayed here many times, dined many times and the ribeye salad was awful today. Nothing but fat and tough meat. Very disappointed.

Excellent food and service at the Hotel Drover. It’s a very large, noisy restaurant. Not ideal for “romantic” evening. But highly recommend the. Shrimp tostada and the NY strip chicken fried steak!
