We’re a restaurant and bar that’s dedicated to serving delicious American fare and drinks to our Denton neighbors. Cooking with fresh ingredients and a lot of love, our menu items offer something tasty for everyone in the family. From our eggplant fries and falafel bowl, to our shrimp and grits and short rib grilled cheese, our meals are packed with flavor and are sure to comfort anyone who dines with us. We also offer a wide variety of hand crafted cocktails and we feature 6 cocktails on tap. It was fine. Went for brunch and the prices are very affordable. The Reuben sandwich was really good. The star of the meal were the grits. Phenomenal flavor. The southwestern salad was very bland and the chicken in it was so tough and flavorless. Maybe it had been used to make stock? Thought the pieces scattered in the salad were croutons at first. Our server was nice but brusque. Very competent. The kind of service you’d get at a diner.

We had a great time and meal! The black cherry basil mule was delicious! My husband enjoyed the house cab. He had the salmon and I had the wild mushroom ravioli… both were fantastic! Mike was a wonderful server and we really enjoyed our dinner!

We arrived on time and were seated with menus. Two ladies were greeting and seating. We sat at the table for over 15 while we watched tables be cleared and food be served. No one spoke to us, greeted us or said they would be back to take our order. NO ONE! We finally just left. I have no idea how the food is. But I have to leave a grade to be able to leave a review. This restaurant was recommended by friends and we thought we would try it. We hadn’t driven up to Denton for a few years, we usually go to McKinney. I guess we will stick with McKinney.

This was our 6th or so visit (tonight was to celebrate my birthday), we come every few months and adore this restaurant… but they had an off night food-wise. Our wait staff was phenomenal as always, but the burger was subpar (it’s typically my favorite in Denton), the fries were inedible, and my husband said the Nashville hot chicken was the worst plate of restaurant food he’s ever gotten. Again, the employees were great as always!! But I’m hoping this was just one bad night because we’ve never had bad food here in the past.

The ambiance of this place was great and the food sounded fantastic, but the service was terrible and the food was just okay. Everything tasted fine, but it was not worth the money. Also, I was very disappointed with my cocktail. It sounded very unique on the menu but none of those flavors were present in the drink. If you are thinking about giving this restaurant a try, I’d recommend sitting at the bar for a chance at better service.

Great immediate service after checking in for reservation. Drink menu specials were great, I had the Bare Tree. Great service with waiter, awesome drink recommendations. Will visit again when in town.

Great restaurant. The specialty cocktails are unparalleled. I had a frosty snow cap with egg whites. It was outstanding and not too sweet. Staff/Bartenders were amazing and seemed to enjoy working together. The atmosphere is quiet but we went at 8:30 pm on a Saturday. Will keep going back. It's a hidden gem!!
